How did you come to be interested maille?

I used to be very much an outdoors type person whether it be at the beach or in my garden but after being diagnosed with Lupus I was forced to stay mostly indoors. Looking for something new to occupy my time I started jewelry making and while looking for a project online came across Chain Maille and have been hooked ever since.
